Beautiful photo. Bloodroot are the most ephemeral of spring flowers. One wag of a tail and they are finished!
Is that what they are? I wasn’t sure. They certainly were quick. They actually were almost finished by the time I snapped this photo.
Those are bloodroots. I love them and transplanted a bunch from the woods into our yard.
That’s so nice that you have something you love where you can see it everyday!
I thought they were snowdrops. Either way, gorgeous!
They were very pretty in their little spot of the woods.
